ITALIAN SAUSAGE RECIPE
The Italian recipe is one of the finest ways to prepare good sausage meal.

- 2 lbs. Venison
- 2Tbsp.Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Cup of Water
Preparation Process:
- The meat is grounded using a grinder and mixed with various spices while using water adequately until completely mixed uniformly.
- The above mixture is stuffed carefully using a hog casting and twisted to the required size.
- When using a barbeque grill, use medium heat and add the sausage to the grill and let it cook while rotating after some minutes. This is done until the sausage is brown.
BREAKFAST SAUSAGE RECIPE
This is an easy way of making sausages.
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 lb. of Venison
- Tablespoon of Salt
- Rosemary Leaves (nicely chopped)
- I Teaspoon of Red Pepper Powder
- Garlic Powder
- 1 Cup of Water
Preparation Process
- Grind the venison into small particles. After grinding mix the various spices used together with the venison. The mixture is placed in a cool place.
- Twist the mixture till it forms the desired shape.
- Use a non-stick pan to cook .the pan should have medium heat .place the mixture on the pan and sauté till brown and well cooked.
MERGUEZ SAUSAGE RECIPE
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 Pound Venison
- 1 Tablespoon of Salt
- 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
- Coriander
- Vinegar
- Water
- Sheep Casting
Preparation Process:
- Soak the casing in warm water and use cold equipment for best results.
- The venison is ground and then mixed with the salt and various spices included .put the mixture in a cool place to chill.
- The vinegar is added after its cool enough together with water and then mixed carefully.
- The sausage mixture is stuffed onto the sheep casting using a thin tube to prevent breakage.it is then twisted to the desired size and a coil may be used .finally place them on a grill and cook till brown.
MAPLE VENISON SAUSAGE
This makes a perfect breakfast meal and is the simplest to make.
Ingredients Needed:
- A Cup of Maple Syrup
- Sea Salt
- Tablespoon of Black Pepper Powder
- 2 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
- Venison
Preparation Process:
- The venison is ground into small particles using a grinder. After the grinding, mix the ground venison with the spices preferably using hands.
- This is followed by stuffing the sausage using a stuffer and then it is twisted carefully.
- It is then cooked either on a grill with medium heat or on a nonstick pan until brown and thoroughly cooked.
